Résumé This Order, consisting of 6 articles and 1 Annex, establishes slaughtering requirements for non-castrated and immunologically castrated pigs through vaccination within establishments registered in ADAPAR. It specifies the conditions to be satisfied in order to perform the above mentioned activity as follows: to receive pigs of related category and duly registered in the Property Management for Animal Health (GSA) and the ADAPAR Swine Breeders Association with age not exceeding 6 months; Animals cannot have characteristic sexual odor of uncastrated pigs; the Guide for Animal Transit - GTA should be filled in the field of survey with information on "Animals for slaughter, non-castrated" or "Animals for slaughter in undergoing immunological castration through vaccination" as applicable; to be accompanied by certificate issued by the Technical Manager of the property, stating the sanity of animals; animals, from the beginnig shall be segregated from the others and separated by breeder; in cold rooms carcasses and offal obtained from the slaughter of animals should be identified and separated from each other.
