Résumé The present Act lays down provisions relating to the control of noxious weeds and to the powers and duties of weed inspectors. Section 13 rules that every owner or occupant of land shall destroy noxious weeds on his land and prevent the spread of noxious weeds to other lands. The text consists of 40 sections divided into 7 Parts as follows: General (I); Owners or occupants of lands (II); Powers and duties of weed inspectors (III); Powers of municipalities (IV); Cost of destroying noxious weeds (V); Offences and penalties (VI); Miscellaneous (VII).
