The executive member may add plant species to this list. The executive member may require an owner of land to eradicate noxious weeds on his or her lands. The land may after a specified period of time be declared to be free of noxious weeds or land may, in certain circumstances, be sold at public auction or the right of pasturage granted to an owner of land under the Pasturage and Enclosure Act 1949 may be forfeited.
