Entry into force notes
The Notification enters into force on 1st of January, 2019.
Résumé

This Notification lays out the principles and procedures of inspection on imported solid fuel in terms of environmental standards. This Notification shall apply to solid fuels listed in Annex-I and subject to release free for circulation. The solid fuels listed in Annex-I may be imported only by the firms entitled to the importer status of solid fuels in terms of environmental protection. Furthermore, this Notification sets forth provisions on the procedures of compliance inspection including sampling and analysis, objection against analysis report, exceptional cases and exemptions, customs procedures, sanctions and related measures.
