Entry into force notes

This Notification shall enter into force as of 1st of January, 2018.

Résumé

This Notification sets forth procedures and principles on support to organic beekeepers in order to develop organic beekeeping, and ensure protection of natural resources, as well as food security and sustainability. This Notification sets forth provisions on duties, authorities and obligations of the related institutions, support for organic beekeeping, procedural matters, authorization and inspection of practices, beekeepers out of scope of this Notification and administrative sanctions.
