Résumé This Notification aims at protection of human health and natural equilibrium by promoting plant cultivators to use biological and/or biotechnological fighting techniques instead of using chemical agents. This Notification sets out terms and conditions of subsidies, such as to be registered in the Farmer Register, to make inventory of plant protection products, to carry out plant protection activities in line with the Directives of the Ministry and integrated management principles, and to use plant production products in compliance with the requirements for certification. Moreover this Notification sets forth provisions on application requirements, procedural matters, payment amount, inspection and criminal liabilities.
