Résumé

This Norm establishes guidelines, technical criteria and procedures for promoting the environmental recovery of degraded or altered areas in the Federal District, in addition to defining criteria and parameters for evaluating the results to be achieved. The objective of the environmental recovery aims at the native vegetation and environmental rehabilitation. The objectives of environmental recovery must comply with the guidelines for land use and occupation provided for in current regulations and in the following instruments: I - Master Plan for Land Management of the Federal District (PDOT); II - Urban design; III - Economic Ecological Zoning of the Federal District (ZEE); IV - Management plan for conservation units and environmental zoning; V - Map of priority areas for rehabilitation and conservation; VI - Rural Environmental Registry (CAR) and Environmental Regularization Programme (PRA). Environmental recovery actions must provide adequate environmental conditions for the use of regulated land for the area subject to recovery. Degraded or altered areas must be subject to restoration of native vegetation.
