The Regulation lays down provisions relating to fees to be paid by new fruit tree growers. In particular, section 2 establishes that each new fruit tree grower must pay to the Council the levy fixed by the Council in section 4 (1) of the Act.. The text consists of 6 sections as follows: Definitions (1); Payment of levy (2); Collection and remittance of levy on new tree fruits delivered to first receiver (3); Remittance of levy on new tree fruits grown and processed by first receiver and on direct sales (4); Records (5); Repeal (5).
