The Order grants to the New Brunswick Turkey Marketing Board to regulate the marketing of turkeys in interprovincial and export trade. Moreover, the afore-mentioned Board is empowered to make orders fixing, imposing and collecting levies or charges from persons situated within the Province of New Brunswick who are engaged in the production or marketing of turkeys and use the revenue for its purposes.
