Résumé The present Ordinance implements the Federal Waterways Act of 2 April 1968 (BGBl. II p. 173) and is drafted in agreement with the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety. Article 2 establishes that it is prohibited to navigate on the federal waterway Rhein in the period from 15 October to 31 March in the areas listed in this article. The text consists of 8 articles.
