The vision has as its starting point the mission of the National Commission for Combating Food Waste (CNCDA), Combating food waste, a shared responsibility of the producer to the consumer, in a perspective of reflecting the mission of the founding dispatch of the CNCDA, that is, to promote the reduction of food waste through an approach integrated and multidisciplinary.
