In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the control and management of the National Historic Parks of Canada. Section 3 establishes that no person shall disturb, remove, deface, damage or destroy any archaeological site or historical resource in a Park. The text – consisting of 36 sections – deal, inter alia, with the following matters: use of water resources, restricted areas and activities, authorization, prevention of nuisances, camping, fires, explosives, aircrafts, vessels, agreements and agreements.
