The area shall be managed by an association, which shall submit a management plan for the Mountain Zebra Camdeboo Protected Environment to the Minister for approval. Land use in the Mountain Zebra Camdeboo Protected Environment is regulated by the management plan and in particular the zoning plan, within which a high impact zone and a low impact zone are identified. Restrictions, also regarding agriculture, waterworks, ecotourism and hunting are set out for each of these zones.
