Résumé

These Regulations of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, made under section 53 of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004, establishes rules and procedures for the application for an atmospheric emission licence under section 37 of the Act and for the granting of such licence by licensing authorities as provide for by the Act and the appeal against decisions regarding such application or licence. A licensing authority must keep a register of all applications. Appeals may be lodged with the Member of the Mayoral Committee or Member of the Executive Council.
