The Act defines planning duties of various local authorities established under the Local Government Act, 1993 and specifies procedures for the preparation and adoption of local development plans. The system shall be coordinated by the National Development Planning Commission, established under the National Development Planning Commission Act, 1994. In addition to the Commission, the system shall also comprise district planning authorities, regional coordinating councils, sector agencies and ministries. Texte intégral Anglais
