Offences and penalties are redefined and a provision regarding offences by bodies corporate is inserted. A new section which gives powers to officers of the Agency to conduct criminal proceedings in respect of offences under the principal Decree, is inserted. Definitions of “cosmetic products”, “detergent powder” are inserted and the definition of “regulated products” is substituted.
