This Regulation comes into force on 1 January 1984.
Résumé

This Regulation applies to underground operations with the exception of cavity buildings. The Regulation provides for limitation on daily working hours depending the temperature and conditions of mining including salt mining. Exceptions can be considered if special devices ensure that the overall physiological impact on the individual employee is limited to nominated extend. According to this Regulation, at dry temperatures of more than 52 degrees C or wet temperatures of more than 27 degrees C, people may not be employed in salt mining. The regulation provides for additional break granted to the employees inside and outside of salt mining and provides for conditions for work of persons being under 21 or over 50 years old. The regulation provides for recording obligation by the operator of the conditions of work and sets forth administrative offences for intentionally or negligently misconduct. This Regulation consists of 17 Articles while Articles 12 and 16 are repealed.
