Résumé

Based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on plant protection products, this Programme sets annual (for the year 2022) programmed monitoring tasks as regards the post-registration control of plant protection products. The obligation to conduct, monitor and perform official controls, prescribed by article 68 of the Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market and repealing Council Directives 79/117/EEC, has been transferred to this Programme. The aim of the Programme is to check the correctness of plant protection products in trade and use on the basis of selected active substances which are on the market and/or in use, in order to verify that their physico-chemical properties are in accordance with related registration decisions and label that accompanies them in trade and use. Any change in the plant protection product can lead to a change in effectiveness of used chemical agents or can create hazards to humans, plants, animals or environment. Also the incorrect application of such products is considered as hazardous practice. The Annex is also part of this publication (control reporting sheet form).
