Résumé: This Decree amends the Decree amending the Decree on applying for authorisation or registration of biocidal products, withdrawing such products from the market and special provisions concerning such products by referring to Community legislation of 2010 amd 2010 in Schedule 1 to the principal Decree. Authorisation or registration decisions on biocidal products must include the special provisions given in Schedule 1 or Schedule 2 of the principal Decree.
