Résumé The present Regulations provide for the continuation of the Department of Agriculture and Food as the Ministry of Agriculture. The objects and purposes of the Ministry of Agriculture are, inter alia, the following: a) to provide the structure wherein and whereby the powers, responsibilities and functions of the Minister of Agriculture may be exercised and carried out; b) to co-ordinate, develop, promote and implement policies and programmes of the Government related to the various offices c) to co-ordinate, develop, promote and implement policies and programmes of the Government relating to agriculture and food.
