Résumé This Regulation consists of 20 articles and establishes that the amateur or sport fishing can only be practiced with a license, except for those who fish from the beach with the hooks. Article 3 lists the conditions for applying for a license. Article 4 deals with the permits issued for boats and cruise ships belonging to marine clubs, companies and institutions. Permits have a validation for one year, possible to be renewed. Data included in the license are listed in article 6. Fees are provided in article 7. Sport fishing can only be practiced on boats authorized for this purpose (article 10) and only in the sites authorized and indicated on the license (art.12). It is not permitted to practice sport fishing from the sunset up to the sunrise (art.14). The licensee cannot use the fish for commercial purposes and, in any case, cannot catch more than 20 kilograms of fish (art.15). It is forbidden for artisanal fishermen to rent their boats for sport fishing (art.16). Article 17 lists the kind of fish that it is prohibited to catch, while article 19 lists the sites where it is not allowed to practice sport fishing.
