Article 4 establishes that with regard to the Designated Fisheries of paragraph (1) of article 52 of the Act, each applicant for the permission of the same paragraph shall submit a written application pursuant to Appended Form 1 for each Designated Fishery and for each ship (each mother ship and each independent boat, etc. in the case of a Mother Ship Type Fishery; hereinafter the same shall apply) to the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries together with the documents listed in this section.
