Résumé This Ministerial Order approves the Regulation of the National Institute of Irrigation (INIR). This Regulation, consisting of 5 Chapters and created by Decree No. 9/2012, establishes principles of the organization and functioning of the above mentioned Institute, regulating functions of personnel.
