Résumé This Ministerial Order regulates 'Caatinga' forest management. It consists of 10 articles and 2 Annexes concerning the requirements to be met in order to manage land uses in 'Caatinga' areas. The annexes lay down model forms for exploiting the aforementioned areas (plant logging, infrastructure requirements, information to be given to the competent authority 'IBAMA', etc.).
