The Decision enters into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Résumé

This Decision approves a Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which article 11 of the Food Code is amended in compliance with Council Directive 97/4/EC. The article deals with the labelling, presentation and advertising of foodstuffs to be delivered as such to the ultimate consumer. Its provisions apply also to foodstuffs intended for supply to restaurants, hospitals and canteens. The amendments to this article follow those of Council Directive 97/4/EC to Council Directive 79/112/EEC.
