Résumé

Premier decrees that Federal Agency on Energy is federal executive body authorized to carry out functions regarding rendering state services, managing state property and law enforcement functions in the sphere of production and use of fuel and energy resources. The main functions of the Federal Agency on Energy are : 1. to carry out law enforcement functions in its sphere of competence; 2. ensuring energetic safety; 3. production and use of fuel and energy resources; 4. elaboration of proposals regarding the use of main oil pipe-lines, oil pipe-lines and energetic systems and adoption of arrangements aimed at their realization in accordance with the established modalities; 5. elaboration of proposals in the sphere of energy saving and ensuring safe functioning and development of fuel and energy complex; 6. carrying out arrangements aimed at prevention and liquidation of the consequences of emergencies at the objects of fuel and energy complex.
