Résumé

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the purpose of ecological funds shall be collection of additional finances for financing of environmental arrangements and recovery of ecosystems. Local ecological funds shall be set at the territorial ecological agencies and the National ecological fund shall be subordinated to the Ministry of Ecology, Construction and Land Use Planning that shall coordinate also local ecological funds. Finances of ecological funds shall be composed of voluntary donations of natural and legal persons, and also of special finances destined for the compensation of damages caused to fish stocks, and shall be tax free and duty free. Ecological funds shall carry out the following types of financing: (a) non-repayable subsidies or incentives; (b) preferential credits; and (c) subsidies for payment of interests on credits used by the organization for environmental protection arrangements.
