Résumé

This Ministerial Decree establishes that export of nuclear materials, equipment, special non-nuclear materials and the corresponding technologies shall be subject to compulsory export control, shall be carried out in conformity with national and international legislation on non-proliferation of nuclear arms, and ensuring safety and conservation of radioactive substances. It shall be applicable to all Russian natural and legal persons authorized to export nuclear materials and technologies. Nuclear materials shall be intended uranium enriched up to 20 percent and over, equipment for processing of irradiated fuel etc. Export of the aforesaid materials and technologies shall be carried out in accordance with once-only or general licences issued by the Federal Technical and Export Control Service. Annex 1 contains the complete list of nuclear materials, equipment, special non-nuclear materials and the corresponding technologies authorized for export.
