Résumé

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. Active impact is an impact on meteorological and other geophysical processes exerted for the purpose of their regulation and reduction of potential damage to the population originating from such processes (protection of agricultural crops from damage done by hail, regulation of precipitation, fog dispersion and hauling down of avalanches). The document consists of III Chapters. Chapter I lays down the general provisions. Chapter II regards the modalities of carrying out state inspection over activity in the field of active impact on meteorological and other geophysical processes. Chapter III establishes the rights and the duties of state inspectors.
