Résumé

The Government, for the purpose of carrying out additional provisions for the increase of revenue to the budget from trade of alcohol products, decrees as follows: 1). Organizations, irrespectively of the form of property, producing non-excisable alcohol and alcohol products, must carry out inventory of the remainders to the date of 1 August 1996 of ethyl alcohol extracted from all types of raw materials purchased at a price without excise. 2). To introduce the following amendments to Ministerial Decree No. 131 of 8 February 1996: a). in the paragraph 2 to substitute the wording "for retail and wholesale trade on internal market" with the wording "in the process of carrying out wholesale trade (by juridical persons) and retail trade (by juridical persons and individual businessmen) of the afore-mentioned products". b). in the paragraphs 2,3,4 to substitute the wording "vodka and spirituous liquors" with the wording "vodka, spirituous liquors and other alcohol products".
