Entry into force notes
This Ministerial Decree enters into force 15 working days after the date of its official publication.
Résumé

These Sanitary norms and rules set forth requirements for sanitary and hygienic protection zones of the operating, planned and designed facilities, organizations under construction, structures and other edifices affecting human health and the environment, except for facilities that were designed and constructed prior to entry into force of these Sanitary norms and rules. In particular, they shall be applicable to food production facilities - organizations engaged in industrial production of foodstuffs in finished form or in the form of semi-finished products, as well as beverages, tobacco products, except for public catering facilities. Degree of landscaping of sanitary and hygienic protection zones of agricultural facilities, including livestock, pork, animal husbandry, poultry and complexes free from construction must be at least 15%, and in the case of the construction coefficient of the sanitary and hygienic protection zone territory of the object is more than 50% - not less than 10% of the total territory. Wholesale storage facilities for foodstuffs and alimentary raw materials in hermetic packages on condition of ensuring safety of foodstuffs can be located within sanitary and hygienic protection zone. These Sanitary norms and rules establish the dimensions of sanitary and hygienic protection zone for livestock breeding, swine breeding and poultry breeding enterprises, storage facilities for pesticides and fertilizers, compulsory slaughter, production facilities for non-edible animal products, veterinary drugs, including antibiotics, feed additives and biological agents, pesticides and plant protection agents, and waste management and waste disposal facilities.
