Résumé

The Government decrees that the owners of firms that carry out wholesale trade of alcoholic beverages and tobaccos and have at their disposal storage premises (rolling-stock) as well as retail traders of the above-mentioned commodities and have at their disposal storage premises separated from trade outlets must register the location of the above-mentioned premises till 1 March 1997. The Government decrees to introduce the supplement to the Provisional Regulation on issuing licenses for import, export, wholesale trade of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobaccos and retail trade of alcoholic beverages in accordance with Annex 1. This Regulation determines the modalities of registration of the places of storage of wholesale lots of alcoholic beverages and tobacco and regards all owners of firms irrespectively of the form of property that carry out wholesale trade alcoholic beverages and tobaccos.
