Résumé This Ministerial Decree sets forth the modalities of allotment through tenders of surface for fishfarming practices. Public notice of tender must contain the following information: (a) date, time, place and form of tender; (b) ecological status, surface area and location of waterbody; (c) starting price; and (d) list of documentation to be submitted with the application.
