Résumé

This Ministerial Decree establishes that Laboratories of veterinary and sanitary expertise of food markets of trading facilities of agricultural commodities shall performs the following charged activities: inspection of meat; milk and dairy products; vegetable oil; fish, eggs, honey; salt and fermented products; fresh, dried and canned fruits and berries; and melon crops. Animal disease control stations in regions, cities and districts shall perform the following charged activities: (a) registration, marking and examination of livestock; (b) animal surgery and animal therapy; and (c) disinfection, pest control, deratization and sanation. State Veterinary Drug Control Centre shall perform the following charged activities: (a) research of veterinary biological preparations and drugs of domestic and foreign production subject to state registration in the Republic of Tajikistan; (b) certification of institutions, enterprises and individuals engaged in pharmaceutical activities, supply and trade of veterinary medicines in the Republic of Tajikistan. National Center for Veterinary Diagnostics shall perform the following charged activities: (a) inspection and examination of foodstuffs; (b) certification of sanitary and veterinary laboratories; (c) examination and certification of feedstuffs and feed additives; (c) bacteriological research; (d) biochemical and toxicological research; and (d) destruction of pathological materials. Department of State Veterinary Supervision at the State Border and Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan shall perform the following charged operations: (a) veterinary and sanitary supervision of import and export of commodities controlled by veterinary supervision; (b) veterinary supervision during the inspection of cargoes (containers, wagons, cars and others); (c) consulting on compliance with veterinary requirements by legal entities and individuals engaged in the import and export of commodities subject to veterinary supervision; (d) sampling for laboratory analysis of consignments subject to veterinary supervision; (e) clinical examination of livestock imported to or exported from the Republic of Tajikistan; (f) formalization of accompanying veterinary documentation at import (export) of cargoes under the control of veterinary supervision of the Republic of Tajikistan; and (g) veterinary and sanitary treatment of means of transport and other disinfection measures.
