This Decree enters into force upon signature.

Résumé

This Decree sets forth provisions on obligations of the legal persons having sources, rendering harmful chemical, biological and physical influence on atmospheric air in the area of protection of atmospheric air (Article 1), establishing a control system at all stages of production (Article 2), the structure of the control system of production (Article 3), main requirements of industrial control over protection of atmospheric air (Article 4), various methods of control at all stages of production (Article 5) and determination of the period of control regarding plans and programs of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources (Article 6).
