Entry into force notes: This Decree enters into force upon signature.

Résumé: This Decree aims at quality assessment of atmospheric air and determining level of harmful influence to protect human health and the environment. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the field of environmental protection, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources shall set environmental standards for ambient air quality and determine ecological criteria.
