Licensing of topography, geodesy and cartography shall be carried out by the central body of the authorized state institution for land resources. Licensing of land surveying shall be carried out by the local self-government branch of the of the authorized state institution for land resources. Licences under this Decree shall be open-ended and non-transferable. Applicants must submit the following documentation: (a) application; (b) notarized copies of the statute and of the state registration certificate (for legal persons); (c) copy of a personal identification document (for natural persons); (d) notarized copy of state registration for individual entrepreneurs; (e) tax inspection registration certificate; (f) receipt of payment of licensing fees; and (g) documentation attesting to the applicant’s qualifications for the licence.
