It shall be applicable to sites related to state geological exploration, prospecting and mining, including prospecting and extraction of groundwater, medicinal muds, and subsoil exploration for effluent waste water discharge. Nature managers carrying out closure or conservation of the objects of subsoil management shall comply with the following requirements: (a) safety of personnel; (b) safety and integrity of suspended objects and sites; (c) prevention against landslide, underflooding and subsidence of ground; (d) observance of ecological and sanitary and epidemiological requirements and standards; (e) observance of industrial safety rules and regulations; and (f) mitigation of the consequences of environmental damages caused by closure and conservation of the objects of subsoil management.
