The State Inspectorate on Supervision in the Electric Energy Sector shall have the power to issue licences valid for five years, conditioned upon the applicant’s: (a) compliance with legislation in the energy sector; (b) normative and technical documentation; (c) possession of the proper technical equipment; and (d) observance of inspection methodologies.
