It shall be applicable to processing, handling, transport, storage, internal trade and vending of bread, bakery and alimentary paste products. It shall not be applicable to infant and dietary food, and also to homemade foodstuffs. Producers must comply with the provisions of this Technical Regulation, raw materials and components must comply with food quality and food safety requirements and standards. Storage conditions must prevent deterioration and damaging of raw materials, components and produce ready for use. Use of GMO shall be prohibited.
