Résumé

The purpose of the present Regulation is to establish rational management of secondary forest materials, inexhaustible use of secondary forest management for the satisfaction of the needs of the population and processing process in forest resources and is compulsory for all permanent and temporary forest users. The Regulation consists of 4 Sections. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 regards procurement of secondary forest materials. Section 3 regards carrying out secondary forest management. Section 4 establishes liability for the infringement of the present Regulation.
