This Decree sets forth provisions on duties and responsibilities of environmental auditors and regulations for carrying out environmental auditing activities. This Decree identifies environmental auditor as real and legal persons authorised by special permit issued by the executive authorities defined by the Presidential Decree. This Decree underlines that foreign auditors and auditing institutions can be involved to carry out environmental auditing and consultancy.
