The Act enters into force on 3 March 2004.

Résumé

Table 11, point 3.3.3 of Annex 1 to Legislative Decree No. 152 of 1999, is amended as set out in the Annex to this Decree, which establishes the new criterium to be applied in order to classify lakes and particularly their ecological status.
