As from 10 September 1998, retail trade and small-scale wholesale trade of foodstuffs shall take place exclusively in stationary markets that strictly observe trading regulations, including sanitary and hygienic requirements and storage conditions, and whose products have all quality and compliance certificates and are labelled with the production and expiration dates.
