Résumé

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of licensing pest-related activities carried out by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. Activities concerning the use of pests, agents of infection, microorganisms, including genetically modified bacterial toxins, and helminths pertaining to I-IV pathogenicity groups common to human beings and animals shall be subject to compulsory licensing. The Federal Supervision Service Over Protection of Consumers Rights and Human Well-Being shall be the licensing authority. The licence shall be valid for five years, which period be extended. Applicants shall submit the following documentation to the licensing authority: (a) copies of documents attesting availability of technical equipment required for the activity to be licensed; (b) copy of the sanitary and epidemiological assessment and evaluation; (c) copy of the qualification certificate for personnel involved.
