Résumé Particular amendments are hereby laid down to Ministerial Decree No. 218 of 2002, which establishes safety standards applicable to seagoing fishing vessels. First of all, the scope of that Decree is widened by including the fishing vessels specified in article 1 of the present Decree. The Annex attached to Decree No. 218, relating to the equipment, is replaced by the Annex attached to this Decree.
