The aforesaid species are very attractive as the object of bird watching within the framework of ecological tourism in the way of development. The purpose of the present long-term program is conservation, reproduction and ensuring sustainable state of the birds of prey on the basis of scientific substantiation. The Ministry of Ecology and Biological Resources must elaborate and validate the hunting regulations with hunting birds and the regulation on keeping of live birds of prey in captivity. The aforesaid Ministry is entitled with the task of registration of all species of the birds of prey on the national territory and create the common database. Basic ornithological collection of the Institute of Zoology and Animal Genetic Resources shall be supplied with all the species of birds of prey removed from their natural habitats for research purposes, confiscated from poachers and accidentally killed. Annual registration of the nests of rare and endangered birds of prey shall be carried out on the territory of protected areas, publication of the exact data on the nesting places of the birds of prey shall be prohibited. The Government must contribute to the promotion of hunting with the utilization of the birds of prey and setting up for such purpose hunting associations and hunting clubs.
