Résumé

The purpose of the establishment of restrictions on the use of wildlife species shall be conservation and reproduction thereof. Provisional restrictions can be imposed for access to: (a) breeding sites; (b) nesting places; (c) spawning grounds. Restrictions can be imposed by: (a) territory; (b) seasons ( permanently or for a specific period); (c) hunting gear and hunting methods; (d) species; (e) number of hunters. Restrictions can be imposed: (a) at request of physical and legal persons, environmental and veterinary institutions, local self-government and other state bodies; (b) by recommendation of scientific research institutions as a result of the research in the sphere of conservation, reproduction and use of wildlife species; (c) in the course of the implementation of the state, regional and branch wildlife conservation programmes; (d) for the implementation of the international agreements; (e) by court decision if the sphere of wildlife management; and (f) legislative requirements.
