Article one states that Egyptian Locusts and hoppers are from the acridiue species which is harmful for plants and must be resisted and the treatment of infected plants is mandatory. Farmers have to inform relevant committees as soon as the infections are clear to start the resistance. The Ministry of Agriculture provides for the different ways to resist Egyptian Locusts whether by poison, or spraying with chemicals and so on.
