The Regulation is not applicable to licensing of the activity of the exploiting organizations at all stages of the life cycle of nuclear plants and storage points for the burial of radioactive waste. Licences shall be issued by the state regulating authority in the sphere of radiation safety and its territorial branches. The licence must contain the following data: 1) name of the licensing authority; 2) name and the location of legal person or name, surname and the place of residence of the natural person; 3) the authorized type of activity; 4) site; 5) list of submitted documentation; 6) inspecting authority; 7) date of issue and period of validity. The state regulating authority in the sphere of nuclear and radiation safety must keep record of the issued licences.
